RESMS MUSICAL THEATRE IS BACK FOR 2024!

The show is nearly here! We have many parent volunteer jobs open for all four performances. It is imperative that these slots are all filled, so that the show can go on! You do NOT have to be an SPS-certified volunteer for any of these openings.
The sign-up sheet is long, so please take your time looking through all the available options for helping. The main roles are:
Setting up seats before show, and taking down seats after show
Ticket collection and selling at the door
Setting up and selling at bake sale
Donating items to the bake sale
Hall monitor during the show (you can still watch from the side)
Costume assistant throughout the show
Set strike volunteers after last show on 1/30
We thank you in advance for giving your time to make these performances the best they can be. The kids and our directors have put in SO much work, so let’s help them out!

--No rehearsal Mon 1/20 - MLK Day
[We may add a rehearsal this week on Tuesday or Thursday if needed - Please do your best to keep those afternoons open or be ready to prioritize our show during this week.]

Musical Theatre Participation Program Contribution: Details
There is a $50 suggested donation participation fee for the musical theatre program. Clubs are not supported by SPS. This payment goes to supporting the program in a number of different ways including:
paying for scripts and performance licensing,
directors,
costumes,
set and prop building materials,
sound equipment
lighting equipment
and more!
Please note that this is a suggested donation. If your family can afford to contribute this amount to the program, we will be grateful, and if not, the community has your back. We are thrilled to have this amazing group of young performers in our production this year.
