A celebration of landscape and wildlife on the West Coast of Scotland.
Living at Keills for thirty years has made me familiar with the ever-changing mood of Argyll’s coastal landscape, created by the shifting weather and sea, and by light reflected from the water and sky; from ominous and threatening to pastel-coloured calm.
My projects highlight these moods by making the most of the dramatic light; sometimes on the sea in front of the Paps of Jura, sometimes in the early morning on the beautiful Tayvallich Estate, and sometimes illuminating the amazing wildlife that lives on my doorstep.
