This is a photo album of many of the dishes I made over the years. The culinary arts and culinary science are areas that thrive with teamwork. No man is an island, we do not exist in a vacuum. Whenever we make food, I strongly believe there are many people and things to thank. Not only your team mates, and your mentors and teachers, but also the purchaser who bought the ingredients, tools, and equipment, the producers of the ingredients, the regulators who make sure to keep our food safe, even nature that blesses with all the goodness of the land and water. The dishes show how much I evolved as a professional dedicated to the culinary arts and culinary science. Life is beautiful, enjoy!
