Innovator - Apathy is never acceptable! There are always ways to do more with what you have and when value is clear, new investments can and should be made.
Transformational Leader - I inspire and lead others to imagine and develop new, unique concepts and strive to build a culture where creative thought, work expression, and self-managed work-life balance are expected for success. I have respect for myself and others and provide an emotionally safe work environment for innovation, failures, and success.
Authentic - This quote sums it up for me, "Speak with honesty, think with sincerity, act with integrity." You know it when you see it in others. I reflect on my interactions with others and look for ways to listen, learn, and improve my effectiveness. I'm comfortable with my authentic self, who I am, what I know and don't know, and I strive to learn and grow with others.
