Per the production contract which you all signed at the beginning of the production process, conflicts must be submitted at least 1 week in advance of the conflict. If a conflict is submitted late, the person in question must provide sufficient evidence as to why the lateness of the submission was a result of extraneous circumstances. Multiple instances of late submission could lead the person in question to incur consequences.
