I was searching for a long time, google and other websites unsuccessfully,

BUT I sent a mail for XLN Audio at last night about this problem, and this morning about this problem answered my e-mail.

They sent me the AD2 drum map for Cubase 5 and 7.

I've been trying to find ways to get more out of using AD2 in Live, and I want to know if anyone has come across anything that makes it easier. I'm talking about building preset groups/templates, mapping things out somehow so you can actually see which keyboard note triggers which drum, and things like that.

Running Big Sur on a MacBook Pro and have never had this issue with the Addictive Drums plugin in Logic Pro before. A picture is below - when I try to load the plugin I just get an empty window with no imagery (see screenshot below). The drum tracks on my projects are still working. I realize I may need to delete the cache but I can't seem to find it on my hard drive. I also tried downloading the XLN installer again but it won't update itself. Anyone have any ideas?

I put drums on a project with it. I save the project, next day I open the same project again and Cakewalk crashes.

I try opening the project through the file system, and it works fine.

Next time I open it, same problem, I get another crash.

You should never change the mapping of the BeatBuddy drumsets, as none of the existing beats available on it (or Premium Library) will play back properly. Changing the mapping of the plugins you are using is the way to go, which you are doing. Good on you.

Maybe it's intentional, but I find the riffing guitar overly distorted, sounding a bit too gritty. And (maybe related) the drums are a bit too much in the background. Otherwise, nice track, especially the what-do-you call-it, instrumental refrain? That repeating part with which you also begin and end the track.

Historically I put the drums too high in the mix so I have started intentionally lowering them as far as I can.. I may have overdid it but possibly it is more that the main riff guitar is just very overpowering? be457b7860
