■ 基本方針
本アプリは、ユーザー登録を行わず、開発者の独自サーバーへ個人情報を送信しません。録音・読み込んだファイル・文字起こしの結果は、原則として端末内にのみ保存されます。文字起こしと文字の読み取りは、すべて端末の中で行います。
■ 端末内に保存する情報
・本アプリで録音した音声
・ユーザーが選んで読み込んだ音声・動画・画像ファイル(本アプリ専用の場所にコピーして保存します)
・文字起こし・文字の読み取りの結果、記録の名前、メモ、添付した写真・書類
・設定(録音後に自動で文字にするか、保存先のフォルダーなど)
これらは本アプリ専用の領域に保存され、開発者は閲覧できません。ユーザーが保存先のフォルダーを選んだ場合は、そのフォルダーにも記録のコピーを保存します。
■ マイクの利用
音声の録音と「その場で字幕」のためにマイクを使用します。マイクを使うのは、ユーザーが録音ボタンを押したとき、または「その場で字幕」の画面を開いているあいだだけです。録音中は通知を表示します。音声を外部へ送信することはありません。
■ カメラの利用
「カメラで読み上げる」(文字の読み上げなど)のためにカメラを使用します。カメラを使うのは、その画面を開いているあいだだけです。写した映像は端末の中だけで処理し、外部へ送信することはありません。「撮る」で撮影した写真だけを、記録として端末内に保存します。
■ 読み上げ
文字の読み上げには、端末の「テキスト読み上げ」機能を使います。読み上げる文字の処理は、端末に入っている読み上げ機能の提供者(Google など)の仕組みに従います。
■ 音声・動画・画像の処理
文字起こし(声を文字にする)・歌声と伴奏の分離・画像や動画に写った文字の読み取りは、すべて端末の中の処理で行います。音声・動画・画像やその内容を、開発者や第三者のサーバーへ送信することはありません。
■ 多言語モデルのダウンロード
日本語以外の言語(1600以上の言語)を初めて選んだときに限り、文字起こし用のモデルファイルを Hugging Face(https://huggingface.co)からダウンロードします。この通信で送るのはファイルの取得に必要な情報だけで、録音や文字の内容は送りません。ダウンロード後は、ネットにつながっていなくても使えます。
■ 翻訳
画面の言語が日本語以外のとき、カメラで読み取った日本語を、その言語に自動翻訳できます(Google ML Kit の端末内翻訳、powered by Google Translate)。翻訳は端末の中で行い、読み取った文字を外部へ送信しません。言語ごとに初めて使うときだけ、翻訳モデル(約30MB)を Google のサーバーからダウンロードします。
■ Google ML Kit の利用状況データ
文字の読み取り・翻訳に使っている Google ML Kit は、機能の動作や利用状況に関するデータ(性能・利用回数など)を Google に送信します。読み取った文字・画像・翻訳した内容そのものは送信されません。詳しくは https://developers.google.com/ml-kit/terms をご覧ください。
■ 共有と保存
ユーザーの操作により、文字や音声・画像をほかのアプリ(メール、LINE、ファイル保存など)へ送ったり、選んだ場所へ保存したりできます。送り先での取り扱いは、それぞれのアプリ・サービスの規約に従います。本アプリが自動で送ることはありません。
■ 広告について
本アプリは Google AdMob による広告を表示します(ホーム画面の下のみ)。広告の表示のため、Google および広告配信事業者が、広告識別子や端末・利用に関する情報を取得・利用することがあります。地域によっては、広告に関する同意の確認画面を表示します。詳しくは Google のポリシー(https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads?hl=ja)をご覧ください。
■ 外部送信・解析
本アプリは、開発者の独自サーバーへの送信、クラウド保存、アクセス解析ツールを使用しません(広告、多言語モデル・翻訳モデルのダウンロード、Google ML Kit の利用状況データの送信を除きます)。
■ 第三者提供
本アプリは、ユーザーの録音・ファイル・文字起こしの結果を、第三者へ販売・提供しません。
■ 録音するときのお願い
ほかの人の声を録音するときは、その人の了解を得るなど、法律やマナーを守ってご利用ください。文字起こし・文字の読み取りの結果には誤りが含まれることがあります。大事な内容は、元の音声や画像でご確認ください。
■ 子どもの利用
本アプリは、13歳未満の子どもを対象としていません。
■ データの削除
記録は、各記録の画面のメニュー「削除」で削除できます。端末のアプリ設定から本アプリのデータを削除するか、アプリをアンインストールすると、本アプリ専用の領域に保存した記録はすべて削除されます(ユーザーが選んだ保存先フォルダーのコピーは残ります)。

必要に応じて、このポリシーを変更することがあります。変更後の内容は、このページに掲載した時点から有効になります。

■ Basic policy
This app does not require registration and does not send personal information to the developer's own servers. Your recordings, imported files and transcripts are, in principle, stored only on your device. Transcription and text recognition are done entirely on your device.
■ Information stored on your device
- Audio you record with this app
- Audio, video and image files you choose to import (copied into the app's private storage)
- Transcripts and recognized text, record names, notes, and attached photos or documents
- Settings (such as automatic transcription after recording and the save folder)
These are stored in the app's private storage, and the developer cannot view them. If you choose a save folder, copies of your records are also saved there.
■ Microphone
The app uses the microphone for recording and for Live Captions. It is used only when you press the record button or while the Live Captions screen is open. A notification is shown while recording. Audio is never sent outside the device by the app.
■ Camera
The app uses the camera for "Read with camera" (reading text aloud, etc.). The camera is used only while that screen is open. Camera images are processed on your device and never sent outside it. Only photos you take with "Shoot" are saved on your device as records.
■ Text-to-speech
Reading text aloud uses your device's text-to-speech feature. Text is handled according to the provider of the text-to-speech engine installed on your device (such as Google).
■ Processing of audio, video and images
Transcription, separation of vocals from music, and recognition of text in images and videos are all processed on your device. Audio, video, images and their contents are never sent to the developer's or any third party's servers.
■ Downloading multilingual models
Only when you first choose a language other than Japanese (1,600+ languages), the app downloads a transcription model file from Hugging Face (https://huggingface.co). This connection sends only the information needed to fetch the file, never your recordings or text. After the download, the feature works offline.
■ Translation
When the screen language is not Japanese, Japanese text read by the camera can be translated automatically into that language (Google ML Kit on-device translation, powered by Google Translate). Translation happens on your device, and the recognized text is not sent anywhere. A translation model (about 30 MB) is downloaded from Google's servers only the first time each language is used.
■ Google ML Kit usage data
Google ML Kit, used for text recognition and translation, sends data about how the features perform and are used (such as performance and usage counts) to Google. The recognized text, images and translations themselves are not sent. For details, see https://developers.google.com/ml-kit/terms.
■ Sharing and saving
When you choose to, you can send text, audio or images to other apps (email, messaging, file storage, etc.) or save them to a location you select. How shared data is handled is subject to the terms of those apps and services. The app never sends anything automatically.
■ Advertising
This app shows ads from Google AdMob (at the bottom of the home screen only). To show ads, Google and ad partners may collect and use the advertising ID and information about your device and usage. In some regions, a consent screen for ads is shown. For details, see Google's policy (https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads).
■ External transmission and analytics
The app does not send data to the developer's own servers, use cloud storage, or use analytics tools (except for ads, downloading multilingual and translation models, and Google ML Kit usage data).
■ Third parties
The app does not sell or provide your recordings, files or transcripts to third parties.
■ Please record responsibly
When recording other people's voices, please obtain their consent and follow applicable laws and etiquette. Transcripts and recognized text may contain errors. Please check important content against the original audio or image.
■ Children
This app is not directed at children under 13.
■ Deleting data
You can delete a record from the "Delete" item in its menu. If you clear the app's data in your device settings or uninstall the app, all records saved in the app's private storage are deleted (copies in a save folder you chose remain).
■ Changes to this policy
This policy may be changed when necessary. Changes take effect when posted on this page.
