Eight Teachers

Why?

Whilst writing 12 Actions Steps books, I needed readers who could give me feedback on what I was writing. Since I was no longer working at a school where I could have asked colleagues, I imagined them. Eight of them! I made up names and a little background to who they were. It was helpful to have those imaginary colleagues to talk with.

When the books were written, I wondered what those teachers might do with the Steps that were described. How did they first come into contact with coaching? Was it one of my books, or something else?
