簡暐哲 Wei-Che Chien (Martin)

Wei-Che Chien received his B.S. and M.S. degrees in Computer Science and Information Engineering from National Ilan University, Taiwan, in 2014 and 2016, respectively. He earned his Ph.D. in Engineering Science from National Cheng Kung University, Tainan, Taiwan, in 2020. He is currently an Associate Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Information Engineering at National Dong Hwa University, Hualien, Taiwan. His research interests include federated learning, beyond 5G (B5G) mobile networks, artificial intelligence of things (AIoT), fog computing, and cloud computing.
