My work is primarily focused on the intersection theory of stacks. Recently I've been thinking about alternate compactifications of the moduli stack of curves, the Hassett-Keel program, and gerbes, particularly how these concepts can be used together to understand the intersection theory of M_g,n.
Brauer groups of tame stacky curves and mu_r gerbes over them. Preprint available at arXiv:2507.08780
