As an accomplished musician and music industry professional, Martin Backhausen brings several decades of experience and expertise. Over his illustrious 30-year career, he has been a member of several bands that span multiple genres. With musical instrumentation at the core, he is adept at several instruments, including guitar, bass, drums, piano, violin, trumpet, and tuba. Whether it's at home, in the studio, or in the community — he is driven by his commitment to family, music, and creativity.

For Martin Backhausen, there is never a pause in his musical output! In Orlando, FL, in 2004, while he was working as a composer for an up-and-coming artist, he met Brenda. The two hit a chord instantly and had an instantaneous intonation together. They both had a profound love for and enthusiasm for art and creativity, even though Brenda was more focused on film and cinema. Martin and Brenda married in 2009, and had their first child, a boy, in 2013. In 2015, they welcomed a set of twins.

Everybody knows the Backhausens are musically and aesthetically oriented, so that's not a surprise. James Backhausen, their eldest son, is a talented musician who continues in his father's footsteps. A regular visitor to his father's recording studio, James has a keen eye for detail and a profound appreciation for the craft of music creation. Despite their early age, the twins are already heavily involved in their local community theater and run a popular YouTube channel.
