I am an Assistant Professor of Finance at INSEAD. I hold a PhD from Harvard University.
I combine theory with data to understand how startup activity and the firm life cycle shape macroeconomics and finance. My research explores the forces that fuel the growth of young firms and keep mature firms youthful. I am particularly interested in how intangible investment is financed. I teach corporate finance, macro finance, private equity and venture capital across PhD, MBA, and Executive programs.
I am a member of the Farhi Innovation Lab in Paris and the Macro Finance Society.
