I am currently an intern at the office of Elder Justice and Adult Protective Services in the Administration for Community Living, working on providing legal and regulatory services in fields related to elder abuse, neglect and financial exploitation, economic and social need and pension counseling.
Managing Editor, Stanford Journal of Law, Business & Finance, 2022-
I am currently a managing editor at the Stanford Journal of Law, Business & Finance, helping to select, edit, Bluebook, cite check and analyze articles for a biannual journal, as well as sponsoring events and talks. I focus on editing articles relating to international business law and transnational financial regulation.
Member, Immigration Pro Bono Project, Stanford Law School, 2022-
I am currently a member of the Immigration Pro Bono Project, helping asylum seekers and refugees fill out applications for residence in the United States, as well as assisting in cases involving Torture Convention asylum seekers. I also provide English-Spanish translation services to clients and information about resources for asylum seekers and refugees with Community Legal Services in East Palo Alto.
Research Assistant, PacLab, Swarthmore College, 2020-2022
I worked at the PacLab hosted by the Swarthmore College Linguistics Department under the supervision of Dr. Emily Gasser as a research assistant. As part of my responsibilities, I helped to create and maintain comparative vocabulary databases for Austronesian languages and design phonological learning experiments to test the psycholinguistic ability to learn and understand complex sound rules.

I worked for the Linguistics Department at Swarthmore College as a teaching assistant in courses such as Introduction to Syntax and Introduction to Semantics. As part of my responsibilities at this job, I served as a resource for students interested in the topic, tutor students, hold office hours and grade and review papers and problem sets.

Over the Summer of 2021, I worked at the Swarthmore Economics Department under Dr. Daifeng He as a research assistant looking at the impact of legal transparency requirements on health care prices and variation in the United States. This position involved assembling data bases, running econometric analyses, conducting literature reviews and determining the effects of government intervention in the health care market and ultimately consumer welfare.

In this position, I worked at a performing arts center to accommodate customers, clean, provide customer service and ensure a pleasant and safe experiences for all the guests.
