Martin Ortiz

I am a third year PhD student at the London School of Geometry and Number Theory (LSGNT), London. I am supervised by George Boxer and Payman Kassaei.  Previously I did my undergrad and master at Oxford. 

I am broadly interested in arithmetic geometry,  specially around arithmetic aspects of the Langlands program.   I study differential operators on the special fibers of some Shimura varieties, and their relation to congruences of modular forms, guided by the weight part of Serre's conjecture.
