Do you see yourself as an ordinary student gathering skills, or as a leader and change-maker—someone determined to uplift their surroundings and create a better tomorrow through purposeful action? This challenge is for those who wish to push boundaries and shoot for the stars. The journey awaits—are you ready?
Here's an opportunity for you to become a Young Change Maker and make a positive difference among your peers with the knowledge and skills you have acquired so far:
THE CHALLENGE:
STEP 1: Design and develop a Space-related learning programme of your own. (see suggested topics below)
STEP 2: Conduct the programme for 5 to 10 (or more) fellow students.
STEP 3: Become a Peer Mentor and guide the participants who attend your programme. Be recognized as a budding Change Maker.
See below sections for more details....
1. More about the Space-related Programme:
The purpose of conducting a Space-related programme is to share your knowledge of space with fellow students.
You may organize your programme either online or offline, in formats such as a webinar, talk, panel discussion, hands-on activity, workshop, or bootcamp.
The duration is flexible—you can choose anything from a few minutes or hours to several days.
Your audience can be your peers or younger school students in your school, neighborhood, apartment, or community. Be sure to identify the specific age group or classes eligible to attend.
You may take up this challenge individually or as part of a team.
The main objective is to spark curiosity and interest in Space Exploration among your audience. Keep your programme simple, engaging, and concise—avoid making it overly complex, lengthy, or fancy.
2. Identify the topic you wish to cover:
Make sure your target audience learns something about Space through your proramme. Here are a few suggested topics you can cover in your Space-related programme. Pick any one. You can identify and come-up with your own topic as well.

3. Design your Programme:
Put together a presentation deck or web-portal to host your learning resources and instructions to the participants.
Design any quizzes, videos, animations, games, VR tours, apps, chatbots, etc. you wish you include in your programme.
Have a rough estimation of how much time it takes for you to teach or your participants to learn each topic. Based on this, identify the duration of your programme.
Design the activities, assignments or challenges that your participants have to complete.
Come up with a schedule of your programme in the form of a table. The table should highlight the date, time-duration and activities covered in the programme.
Publish your programme details in the form of a website and include a registration form.
4. Get the Support:
Identify the support you will need from your Mentor or School to conduct your programme.
Here are a few areas where you can seek support:
Reviewing your Programme
Scheduling your programme
Spreading the word and encouraging students to attend your programme
Getting necessary infrastructure support such as hall, projector, computer, microphone, speakers, chairs and tables, etc. (if offline programme)
