Actions Requiring Staff Approval
Certain actions require approval from a member of the staff team before being done:
- Creating a New Nation
- Getting an Expansion
- Transferring the Leadership of a Nation

Furthermore, the following actions do not require staff approval, but must be reported in the Discord server:

Outlawing Players from a Nation
One feature of Towny included on Marthia is the outlaw system. Nation Owners have the ability to run a command which outlaws a player from that Nation. When a player is outlawed from a Nation, they can be attacked in that Nation's territory. All members of that Nation are allowed to attack, and the Nation Owner can also permit outsiders to attack. The outlawed player can only retaliate with their own attacks if they are attacked first.
The outlaw system uses the following commands:
- /t outlaw add <player>: Sets the player as an outlaw in your Nation.
- /t outlaw remove <player>: Removes outlaw status from an outlawed player.
- /t outlawlist: Shows a list of every player outlawed from your Nation.
- /res outlawlist: Shows a list of every Nation which you are outlawed from.
Plot Districts and Shop Plots
Marthia uses plot districts to allow Nations to cosmetically subdivide their territory into districts. Additionally, we use shop plots to enable the use of the iShop plugin with Towny.
Plot Districts and Shop Plots use the following commands:
- /plot district add <name>: Add the plot you are standing in to a district.
- /plot district remove: Removes the plot you are standing in from a district.
- /plot set shop: Sets the plot you are standing in as a Shop Plot, allowing the creation of shops using iShop.
- /plot set reset: Removes the plot you are standing in from being a Shop Plot.
