• Who does Martha's House cleaning hire to clean my home?

You'll be happy to know that Martha's cleaning is a small family business. I do the cleaning for each home with immediate family members if needed. I believe your home is very important and trust is essential. You can be rest assured that no other stranger will be entering your home.

• How much do I have to pay?

Every home is different and each homeowner has different needs therefore I provide individual estimates. please call or email to obtain your free estimate.

• Can I provide special instructions?

Of course, I encourage homeowners to provide instructions this way your satisfaction is guaranteed. Communication is key.

• What is not typically cleaned?

The goal is to keep the house clean and fresh, so vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, bathrooms, light dusting are all included in house cleaning services. However things likes washing dishes, doing laundry, cleaning toys, cleaning inside stove, refrigerator or cabinets are available upon request by homeowner.

• Can my pet be home?

Yes! I am pet friendly and can clean your house with your pet inside. If your cat/dog is aggressive I do ask that the pet be in a secured area for safety reasons. Please let me know how to handle your pet when entering the home.

• Do I have to be home?

No you do not need to be home, I understand you might work during business hours.

• How do I need to pay?

Payments are due the day of your scheduled home cleaning service. Most customers find it convenient to leave a check or cash payments.
