This is for personal use commissions only. I won't accept commissions that are intended for commercial purposes, distribution, or profit. If you're interested in a commercial commission, we can discuss different pricing and terms separately.
I reserve the right to decline a commission if I feel I can't complete it or my schedule is already full.
I'll upload the commissioned piece to my gallery or art account as part of my portfolio, but I'll use a lower resolution and add a watermark. Please let me know if you don't want it to be publicly shared.
When requesting a commission, please provide character details and descriptions or reference pictures. Avoid being too vague, like simply saying, "Can you do this?"
Once I accept your commission, I'll send you a sketch preview. If everything looks good, you can proceed with the full payment. I will only begin working on the commission once the full payment is received.
Currently, I accept payments through Paypal and Ko-fi. Note: If you're in Indonesia, I also accept payments from local banks.
You can request revisions up to three times during the sketching and base-coloring phase.
I will issue a refund if I haven't finished or delivered a commission within six months, or if I'm unable to complete the commission due to unforeseen circumstances. However, I won't issue a refund if the commission has already been completed and delivered.
Cancellation of a commission is only allowed during the sketching phase; once I've started working on it, it cannot be canceled.
1. Can you clarify what you mean by "personal use" for the commission?
Certainly! "Personal use" means the commissioned artwork is intended for your own individual use, like using it as an icon or header for your personal profile. It's not meant for commercial purposes, distribution, or profit. You don't acquire the copyright for the commissioned piece, so it shouldn't be used for making money unless we've specifically discussed and agreed upon those terms.
2. What do you mean by not owning the copyright, even though it's my character?
You do indeed own the copyright for your original character (OC). However, when you commission me to create artwork featuring your OC, you're commissioning the artwork itself, not the copyright to it. Owning copyrighted artwork is a separate matter. So, please refrain from using the commissioned artwork with the intent of making a profit unless we've had a prior discussion about it. When I mention copyright, I'm referring strictly to its use for commercial purposes. I hope this clarifies it for you.
3. Can you provide more details about the revision process?
Certainly! I allow up to three revisions during the sketching phase. If there are minor issues or adjustments needed after that, I'm happy to make those changes. However, I cannot accommodate major revisions during the lineart and coloring phases, as it may significantly alter the artwork.
4. Could you explain the refund policy further?
Certainly. I offer a refund if I haven't completed or delivered the commission within six months, or if I'm unable to fulfill the commission due to unexpected circumstances. However, once I've completed the commission and you've confirmed that everything is to your satisfaction, I won't issue a refund. It's essential that you communicate any concerns or corrections needed during the process, and I'll gladly address them.
5. Can you describe your workflow?
Here's how the workflow typically goes: You send me the character details, and we discuss things like pose and color choices. I provide a sketch preview for your approval. Once that's settled, payment is made, and I proceed to create the commission. After I finish the artwork, I send you a delivery order, and once you confirm it's complete, the process is done.
6. How long does it usually take to complete a commission?
Based on my experience, it can take around a week or less if I'm not too busy, depending on the complexity of the artwork. If my schedule is packed or the artwork is intricate, it might take a month or more. For simpler pieces, I can complete them in 1-2 days.
7. What about deadlines?
I generally don't impose strict deadlines unless they're manageable. However, we can discuss and negotiate deadlines if you have specific time constraints or preferences.
