In addition to my commitment to the field of research, I have dedicated many years to practising rhythmic gymnastics, an experience that has taught me discipline, determination, and resilience.
I've obtained the Instructor Diploma from the Italian Gymnastics Federation (FGI), and currently, I have the opportunity to share my passion and knowledge with young athletes at a.s.d. Il Nastro.
I am an avid enthusiast of trail running and all outdoor sports, which I find rejuvenating and inspiring. I believe that physical activity promotes physical well-being and nourishes creativity and mental clarity, which are fundamental elements of my scientific research.
