End User License Agreement for MarsMissionPro
This End User License Agreement governs your use of the MarsMissionPro application. By downloading installing or using the application you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement.
License Grant
The developer grants you a limited non exclusive non transferable and revocable license to use MarsMissionPro for personal non commercial purposes. You may not copy modify distribute sell or sublicense any part of the application without prior permission.
Ownership
All rights title and interest in MarsMissionPro including all code design text and related materials remain the property of Shashwat Patel. This agreement does not grant you ownership of the application.
Permitted Use
You may use the application only as intended. You agree not to misuse the app attempt to reverse engineer or use it in any unlawful manner.
Restrictions
You may not reproduce duplicate modify adapt translate or create derivative works from the application. You may not attempt to extract source code or interfere with the operation of the app.
Educational Use
MarsMissionPro is provided for educational and informational purposes only. The calculations are based on simplified models and are not intended for real mission planning engineering or scientific use.
No Warranty
The application is provided as is without any warranties of any kind. The developer does not guarantee accuracy reliability or completeness of the information provided.
Limitation of Liability
The developer shall not be held responsible for any damages losses or issues arising from the use of the application. Use of the app is at your own risk.
Updates and Changes
The developer may update modify or discontinue the application at any time without notice.
Termination
This license is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with the terms of this agreement. Upon termination you must stop using the application.
Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by applicable laws. By using the application you agree to comply with all relevant regulations.
