We are not responsible for any user-generated content posted within the app.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the app or any part of its services at any time without prior notice.
We may update or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the app following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
We reserve the right to refuse service to any user at our reasonable discretion.

We reserve the right to reclaim usernames that infringe upon trademarks, legal claims, or the rights of other individuals or organizations.

The app and its services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We make no guarantees regarding availability, performance, reliability, accuracy, or non-infringement.
You agree not to use the app to:
Share, distribute, or make available any content that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, offensive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
Upload or distribute content that infringes upon copyrights, trademarks, patents, or other intellectual property rights.
Send unsolicited advertising, spam, promotional materials, pyramid schemes, or other unauthorized communications.
Misrepresent your identity or falsely impersonate another person, company, or organization, including app representatives.
Violate any policies, procedures, or guidelines associated with the app.
We may offer free trial periods for certain subscription plans. Eligibility for free trials may be determined or modified at our discretion.
Unless canceled before the trial period ends, the applicable subscription fee will automatically be charged to your selected payment method upon expiration of the trial.
Subscription plans provide access to our services and features on a recurring basis for a specified subscription period.
Paid subscriptions begin once payment is successfully processed. Subscribers must ensure timely payment of all recurring fees to maintain uninterrupted access to the services. Failure to make payment may result in suspension or termination of access.
By subscribing through Apple's App Store, you agree that:
Subscription charges will be billed to your Apple ID account.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Renewal charges will be applied within 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
Subscription management and cancellation can be performed through your Apple App Store Account Settings.
By subscribing through Google Play Store, you agree that:
Subscription charges will be billed to your Google Play account.
Any applicable trial period will automatically convert into a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Renewal charges will be processed within 24 hours prior to the expiration of the active subscription period.
Subscription management and cancellation can be performed through your Google Play Store account settings.
Refunds for purchases made through Apple's App Store are managed solely by Apple.
We do not have the ability to issue refunds for App Store transactions.
Users must contact Apple directly regarding refund requests.
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable, and users are responsible for canceling future renewals through their App Store account settings.
Users may contact the app developer regarding purchases that are defective, not functioning properly, or refund requests made after 48 hours.
For purchases made within 48 hours, users may request a refund directly through Google Play.
Refund assistance may also be available through Google Assistant or Google Play support.
In some cases, uninstalling a paid app shortly after purchase may qualify for an automatic refund under Google Play policies.
Reinstalling a refunded app may require a new purchase.
All content available within the app, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, videos, logos, trademarks, and design elements, is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
Except for content submitted by users, all materials within the app remain the exclusive property of the app and its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants any right to use our name, trademarks, logos, domain names, templates, branding, or other distinctive features without prior written consent.
By providing comments, suggestions, feedback, or recommendations regarding the app, you grant us the right to use, reproduce, modify, and incorporate such feedback without restriction or compensation.
