3. Date of Birth Proof - 10th Certificate or 10th Marksheet or DOB Certificate of both husband and wife
4. Individual Passport Size Photo Graph of both Husband and Wife - 2 Each
5. 1 Post Card Size Marriage Photo with Family [Coloured]
6. Marriage Card from either side.
