Content you create or open in the App stays on your device by default, unless you use a feature that requires online processing.
We do not require you to create an account and we do not sell your personal data.
We collect limited, anonymous usage and crash data to improve the App.
On-device content: files, photos, text, and other content you create, import, or edit are processed on your device.
Online features: some features (for example, file conversion, AI-powered features, or cloud processing) may require sending the content you choose to our servers or trusted service providers. This content is used only to deliver the requested result, is processed temporarily, and is deleted after processing. We do not use your content to train AI models.
Cloud storage: if you choose to use iCloud, Google Drive, or similar services, your content is stored in your own account with that provider.
We may use third-party services such as Google Firebase (Analytics, Crashlytics, Remote Config) to collect:
Anonymous usage events (e.g., screens viewed, features used).
Device model, operating system version, app version, country/region, and an app-instance identifier.
Crash logs and diagnostic information.
This data is not linked to your name or email and is not used to identify you personally.
In-app purchases and subscriptions are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your payment card details. We only receive transaction information needed to unlock paid features.
If the App displays ads, our advertising partners (such as Google AdMob) may collect device identifiers and usage data to show and measure ads. Where required, we ask for your consent (e.g., App Tracking Transparency, or a consent form in the EU/UK). You can change your choices at any time in your device settings.
If you choose to connect a third-party service (e.g., Google, Apple), sign-in is handled by that provider. We only request the minimum access needed for the feature, and access tokens are stored securely on your device. You can disconnect at any time.
The App asks for permission only when you use the related feature, for example:
Camera – to take photos or scan documents.
Photo Library – to import or save images.
Microphone – for audio-related features.
Local Network – to transfer files between your devices.
Notifications – to send reminders or updates.
You can change these permissions at any time in your device settings.
To provide and operate the App's features.
To process purchases and restore subscriptions.
To analyze performance, fix crashes, and improve the App.
To prevent fraud and abuse of our services.
To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share data only with:
Service providers that help us operate the App (e.g., analytics, cloud hosting, AI or processing providers), bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
Apple and other platform providers, when you use their services (e.g., App Store, iCloud).
Authorities, if required by law or to protect our rights and users' safety.
Content on your device remains until you delete it or uninstall the App.
Content sent for online processing is deleted from our servers after processing.
Analytics and crash data are retained according to our service providers' retention policies.
We use industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and secure on-device storage for sensitive data. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
Depending on where you live (e.g., EU/EEA/UK under GDPR, California under CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object to processing. The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the applicable age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, please contact us and we will delete it.
Our service providers may process data in countries other than yours. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, with the updated effective date above. Continued use of the App means you accept the updated policy.
