My name is Marlene Koch and since May 2024 I am an assistant professor of finance at Maastricht University School of Business and Economics. My research interests lie in financial economics, with a particular focus on household and real estate finance. Currently, I am, for example, working on projects related to pension system design and individuals' housing choices.
