Biography

Mark Williams Jr. 3.7 GPA is the class of 2027 from the suburbs of Washington, DC in Indian Head, Maryland. A thriving student athlete with a passion for the game.  Through hard work, commitment and determination, Mark has continued to develop the landscape of his physical strength, skillset and perseverance as a RHP, OF, first and third baseman. He covers the plate and looks the part with a large, well-developed physical frame with more to come. He possesses a good combination of power, speed, strength, accuracy and technique. Mark is a powerful hitter that can drive the ball, hit home runs and deliver consistent base running with RBIs. His skillset also includes excellent contact ability, a strong eye for pitch selections and the ability to adapt and make adjustments. 

A strong defensive player with the ability to cover a large area of the field, Mark works to perfect:

• Makes clean catches

• Fields ground balls efficiently 

• Makes quick precise throws

Mark can effectively steal bases, take extra bases and is a threat on the base path. In addition, he has a high baseball IQ. Mark has the ability to stay calm under pressure, stay focused and locked in.  He has the endurance and stamina to handle the demands of hitting, pitching, and fielding.  Most importantly, he is a leader on and off the field with the natural ability to motivate, support and inspire his teammates to achieve success. He does this by setting the example through actions, attitude, dedication, commitment and hard work.
