My Standard prices are highly competitive and good value for money :-

Relaxing Massage  -  from only £60 an hour *

Relaxing Massage - A full body massage to de-stress, relax and calm your mind and nervous system. Using low pressure and a combination of long and short strokes, may also aid lymphatic drainage.

Swedish Massage - from only £60 an hour *

Swedish Massage – A full body massage using  long/short strokes and low/medium pressure aiming to improve blood circulation, and soft tissue recovery as well as decrease muscular tension and soreness. (Most Popular)

Deep Tissue Massages  - from only £60 an hour *

(This may NOT be a full body massage as the pressures/techniques involved may not be suitable for all areas of the body).

Deep Tissue Massage - Application of firm/high pressure and slow/short strokes to reach deeper layers of muscle to help relieve chronic muscular aches and pains, break up knots and relieve muscular tension. May help with mobility and injury prevention. 

Back, Neck & Shoulder Massage - from only £50 an hour *

Relaxes and relieves tension with the focus on the back, neck, arms and shoulder area.

 30 minute sessions from £40

90 minute sessions from £90

120 minute sessions from £120

My workdays are Tues, Thurs, Fri and Sun midday till 9pm and Sat 6-9pm

*My Travel Charge is usually £10 extra for zones 1 - 5. Please enquire at time of booking if this will apply for you depending on your location/postcode area. No travel charge for residents of London Borough of Newham and Tottenham Hale areas.
