Marksheet Maker is primarily designed as an educational marksheet and student-result management application. The Application may allow users to create, manage, edit, generate, export, and share student-related academic information.

Marksheet Maker may allow users to create, enter, edit, manage, generate, and store information relating to students, academic records, marksheets, contacts, and other educational information.
Depending on the features used, this information may include:

* Subjects
* Marks
* Grades
* Attendance information
* School or institution information
* Teacher or staff information
* Parent or guardian information
* Contact information
* Phone numbers

* Other information voluntarily entered or generated by the user
The Developer does not claim ownership of educational information, personal information, student information, documents, marks, or other content entered or created by the user.
## 3. LOCAL STORAGE AND LOCAL PROCESSING
Marksheet Maker is designed primarily to provide local data-management functionality.
Information entered or created within the Application may be stored locally on the user's Android device.
Under normal local-storage functionality, information entered into Marksheet Maker is not intentionally uploaded to servers operated by the Developer.
The Developer is not responsible for loss of locally stored information resulting from device failure, accidental deletion, device reset, operating-system failure, storage corruption, application uninstallation, or failure to maintain backups.
## 4. USER RESPONSIBILITY
You are solely responsible for ensuring that information entered into Marksheet Maker:
1. Is accurate;
2. Is lawfully obtained;
3. Is used for legitimate purposes;
4. Does not unlawfully infringe another person's rights;
5. Is handled in accordance with applicable privacy and data-protection requirements; and
6. Is not used for fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful activities.
## 5. CONTACT ACCESS
Marksheet Maker may request access to the contacts stored on your Android device when you use functionality that requires selecting a recipient for messaging.
Contact access may be used to:
* Display available contacts;
* Allow the user to select a contact;
* Retrieve the selected contact's relevant phone number; and
* Assist the user in initiating a WhatsApp message.
The Developer does not sell, rent, or trade contact information accessed through the Application.
## 6. WHATSAPP MESSAGING
Marksheet Maker may allow the user to send a message through WhatsApp after selecting a recipient.
The messaging action is initiated by the user.
Marksheet Maker does not provide telephone calling, call recording, call monitoring, or call-log management functionality.
When the user chooses to send a message through WhatsApp, the communication is handled by WhatsApp and its applicable systems, terms, and privacy practices.
## 7. FILES, DOCUMENTS, IMAGES AND PDFS
Marksheet Maker may allow users to create, generate, export, save, view, and share files such as: Marksheets; Student result reports; Academic reports; PDF documents; Images; Tables; Generated result documents.
Files generated by the Application may be stored on the user's device.
## 8. SHARING INFORMATION
Marksheet Maker may provide sharing functionality that allows users to share generated documents, marksheets, reports, images, or other information through third-party applications.
Sharing is initiated by the user.
After information is transferred to a third-party application, that third party may process the information according to its own privacy policy and terms.
## 9. INTERNET AND DATA TRANSMISSION
Marksheet Maker is designed primarily around local storage and local application functionality.
The Developer does not intentionally sell, rent, or trade personal information entered into the Application.
## 10. ADVERTISING & 11. ANALYTICS
If advertising or analytics functionality is introduced in a future version, the relevant providers may process information according to their own policies and applicable platform requirements.
## 12. THIRD-PARTY APPLICATIONS AND SERVICES
Marksheet Maker may interact with third-party applications or services necessary for specific user-initiated functionality (e.g., Android OS, WhatsApp).
Third-party applications operate independently from the Developer. Their collection, processing, storage, security, and use of information are governed by their own policies and terms.
## 13. THIRD-PARTY SDKs
If third-party SDKs are included, such SDKs may process information necessary to provide their intended functionality. The Developer will take reasonable steps to ensure compliance with platform requirements.
## 14. APPLICATION PERMISSIONS
Marksheet Maker may request Android permissions necessary to provide supported features (e.g., Contacts, Files or media).
Users can manage available permissions through Android device settings.
## 15. DATA DELETION
Users may delete information through available Application functionality, clearing storage, or uninstalling the Application. Deletion may be permanent.
## 16. DATA SECURITY
The Developer takes reasonable measures to protect information, but no electronic system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their Android devices.
## 17. CHILDREN'S AND STUDENT INFORMATION
Marksheet Maker may be used to manage academic information concerning students, including minors. Users are responsible for ensuring they have the appropriate authority or legal basis to do so.
## 18. USER-GENERATED CONTENT
Users are responsible for all information and content that they enter, create, generate, export, or share through Marksheet Maker.
## 19. ACCEPTABLE USE
Users agree not to use Marksheet Maker for illegal activities, fraud, deception, unauthorized data collection, identity misuse, harassment, or abuse.
## 20. NO SALE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
The Developer does not sell, rent, or trade personal information entered into Marksheet Maker as a commercial data-selling practice.
## 21. NO GUARANTEE OF APPLICATION AVAILABILITY
The Developer does not guarantee that Marksheet Maker will always be available, error-free, or compatible with every device or future Android version.
## 22. USER-INDUCED LOSS OR DAMAGE
The Developer is not responsible for loss or damage resulting from accidental deletion, incorrect information, failure to maintain backups, device loss/damage, or factory reset.
## 23. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & 24. INR ₹500 LIMIT
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
**STRICT ₹500 MAXIMUM COMPENSATION: UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL ANY USER BE ENTITLED TO RECEIVE COMPENSATION EXCEEDING INR ₹500 (INDIAN RUPEES FIVE HUNDRED ONLY) FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO MARKSHEET MAKER.**
## 25. NO WARRANTY
Marksheet Maker is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.
## 26. DEVELOPER RIGHTS
The Developer reserves the right to modify functionality, add/remove features, correction errors, release updates, or modify this Privacy Policy.
## 27. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Marksheet Maker and its proprietary components are protected by intellectual-property laws. Users may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute the Application without authorization.
## 28. GOOGLE PLAY AND PLATFORM REQUIREMENTS
Marksheet Maker is intended to operate in accordance with applicable Google Play Developer Program Policies and Android platform requirements.
## 29. SEVERABILITY & 30. GOVERNING LAW
If any provision is invalid, it shall be interpreted or limited to the minimum extent necessary. This policy is governed by applicable laws.
## 31. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
The Developer may update this policy. The “Last Updated” date indicates the most recent revision.
