Energy magick is a style of magick based on manipulating psychic, life force, or magickal energy directly.

The same goals of many school of witchcraft, magick, and the occult- such as protection, defense, healing, transformation, and more- can be accomplished without tools. This is a useful technique if you do not want to be ties down to a certain tradition or do not have the ability to use tools due to finances or circumstance. 

My book, Energy Magick, teaches the basics of grounding, meditation, energy work, sigils, and creating sacred space- then moves onto advanced techniques such as energy healing, cord cutting, evocation, and more.

Use whatever you like. I use "magick" to differentiate from "stage magic" like some other practitioners have done in the past.

While the tagline says "for Witches and Pagans", the techniques can be used if you are Christian, Pagan, Buddhist, Hindu, Atheist, etc.  Magick at heart is a force, like electricity or fire. It just follows what is used for without care of what the user believes.

Yes, the techniques have been used hundreds of times in haunted houses, exorcisms, etc.
