Mark is a hands-on Cisco Certified CCNA, CCNA-Security, CCDA, and an AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner and Solutions Architect. Additionally, he is a Certified Security, Network and IT Evangelist with hands-on experience launching and maintaining IT and Ops infrastructures. At 4INFO Mark led the Network/Ops/IT organization. He worked closely with the IT budget and other staff members at the company. He migrated their email to Office365, designed and implemented a Rackspace virtualized environment, implemented a VOIP phone system and launched an AWS Cloud POC environment. Earlier at Rent.com he started as employee #8, and drove the IT and Data Center environment to/through the Acquisition by eBay. With his Programming background and experience with Program & Project Management allows Mark to manage an entire IT environment from Strategic Planning and Budgets to implementation, maintenance and upgrades. Earlier in his career he was an Application and Systems S/W developer and a Hands-On H/W & S/W & Firmware Embedded Systems Manager (85% Hands-On)
