Markify – Data Deletion Request 

If you want your Markify account and all associated data to be deleted, you can request it anytime.

How to Request Account & Data Deletion

Send an email to:

📩 help.markify@gmail.com

Include the following in the email:

1. Your registered email
   
   

2. Your Markify Unique ID
   
   

3. Write:
   “Please delete my Markify account and all associated data.”
   
   

What We Delete

After we receive your request, we delete:

• User profile (name, phone, school/college)
  
  

• Attendance records
  
  

• Class schedule
  
  

• Membership status
  
  

• Login details
  
  

• Any other user-specific data stored in Firestore
  
  

Completion Time

We delete all data within 72 hours
You will receive a confirmation email when deletion is complete.

Important

After deletion:

• You cannot recover your data
  
  

• You must create a new account to use the app again
