Julio Figueiredo built the Market List Pro  as a Free app. This SERVICE is provided by Julio Figueiredo at no cost and is intended for use as is.

This page is used to inform visitors regarding my policies with the use of the Service.

If you choose to use my Service, you agree to the terms described in this Privacy Policy. Market List Pro does not collect, store, or share your personal information on external servers controlled by me. All data you create in the app is stored locally on your device and, when available and enabled by you, may also be synchronized through your personal iCloud account.

The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, which are accessible at Market List Pro, unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy.

Information Collection and Use

I do not collect personally identifiable information from you.

All information entered into the app, such as shopping lists, items, categories, prices, and related content, is stored only on your device. If you choose to use iCloud features provided by Apple, your data may also be stored and synchronized through your personal iCloud account so that it can be accessed across your own devices.

I do not have access to this data on my own servers, because Market List Pro does not use any external database or API to store user data.

Log Data

I do not directly collect Log Data from users.

However, in the event of a technical issue, Apple or the operating system may generate diagnostic information automatically according to their own policies and settings. I do not use this information to identify you.

Cookies

This Service does not use cookies.

Service Providers

I do not employ third-party companies or individuals to collect, process, or store your personal data on my behalf.

However, the app may rely on Apple services, such as iCloud, when those features are available and enabled by you. In such cases, the storage and synchronization of your data are handled through Apple’s services and subject to Apple’s own terms, policies, and security measures.

I value your trust in using this Service. Since your data is stored locally on your device and optionally in your personal iCloud account, I do not maintain external servers with your personal information.

I do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children because Market List Pro does not collect user data.
