Stratosfy Marker Service

  1. No personal information provided by you to the system will be provided to 3rd party unless you opt in.

  2. Marker Crew app will send location information to the server which will be only visible to the organization's administrator in which you are supposed to work.

  3. No legal action shall be taken to the company without prior consultation with the company.

  4. We collect users location while a user is actively serving a job in app provided by administrator. This location information collecting activity sometimes runs when the app is on the background state. This is to ensure that the admin get the idea of where the crew member is on site while he is performing the job. We only collect location if you are actively serving a job which you have to start by logging in to the app and pressing Start Job button.

  5. The location information that we collect from the devices are only visible to their administrator and is never intended to sell to other 3rd party organization or is never used to track the crew members personally.
