I am a current senior at Claflin University, majoring in mass communications with a concentration in Public Relations. Throughout my life I have always enjoyed the creativity and openness of entertainment. As you explore my page and more of who I am, down below is a bit about me and how I have began to get my feet wet with my passion!

'The Privilege' is a women-lead, women-only social club that was founded and created in Orangeburg, South Carolina by Ms.Jasmine Owens, an Orangeburg, South Carolina native.
At only 28-years old, she has been able to not only found, and re-launch this social club but, founded her own all-girls summer social youth club that successfully attended to young girls in the Orangeburg area.
As Orangeburg is a re-growing community and area, it is vital that we find a way to create a space for opportunity for women in the area.
Business/Partnerships Intern/Member
As a businesses and partnership's intern with The Privilege, I specialize in creating the link between opportunity for the members and entrepreneurs. With my social skills, I must reach out to different establishments that align with the mission and values of 'The Privilege'.
The HBCU Day-One-Ready Academy is a student-led internship and mentoring program. Students from America's 100 HBCUs pair up to build college-to-career skills through our peer-to-pro network. This hybrid, 10-week internship is open to eligible HBCU students.
I along with a friend and fellow peer, Alexis Singleton, a fellow mass communications student, participated in the program.
