Mark has a friendly, welcoming, and open personality. Having known him for over 10 years, working artistically in the studio as well as professionally through more business-based roles, I couldn’t recommend him enough. He is both practically minded as well as endlessly imaginative and creative. Mark is able to discuss topics of art and design using accessible language while maintaining a high standard of academically sourced references and material. As a practicing artist, his material understanding of a multitude of mediums, including oil painting, watercolors, as well as clay and printmaking, marks him. This, combined with his educational background, makes him an excellent tutor for those who wish to experiment, explore, and dig deeper into the world of art and design. I couldn’t recommend him more.
