Building on my work in Egan, Matvos and Seru (2017), my coauthors and I have constructed three datasets on financial adviser misconduct available to the public through the website EganMatvosSeru.com

1. Investment Adviser Data, covering 462 thousand investment adviser representatives in the United States over the period 2007 – 2015.

2. Data on the geographic distribution of misconduct across the US at the state and county level

3. Firm Rankings: data on investment adviser misconduct at the firm level
