Mark Armstrong

I am professor of economics at University College London (UCL). I currently work mostly on theoretical models of firm and consumer behaviour, with a focus on oligopoly theory, consumer search and other information frictions, and pricing decisions by platforms and other multi-product firms.  During the period 2019-2023 I held an Advanced Grant from the European Research Council to study these topics.
