I am a postdoc with a joint appointment between the Department of Economics and Business Economics at Aarhus University and the Ragnar Frisch Centre for Economic Research in Oslo. 

I am an applied economist studying policy-relevant questions at the intersection of labor economics and public policy using quasi-experimental methods and administrative register data. My current research focuses on the economic effects of recruitment and retention policies in the military.
