Co-led the volunteer based WinSPIRE organization of 50+ volunteer members across 10 teams, including undergraduates, graduate students, post-docs, and research specialists from more than 20 departments across UNC-Chapel Hill. Led the executive team, while holding quarterly organization wide meetings, developing and improving the program as a whole, and seeking opportunities to expand the program's size and outreach in local communities.

Developed and co-led multiple 2-hour workshops for high school students on: (1) How to Read an Academic Paper, (2) How to Design a Poster, (3) How to Present a Poster, (4) The Basics of Networking, (5) How to Give an Elevator Pitch
Developed and co-led a 3-hour laboratory demonstration guiding high school students on using Jupyter Python Notebooks to access satellite imagery using an API, and calculate Normalized Difference Water Index from spectral imagery for flood inundation extent.
