Growing up in Northern NJ as the youngest of five children, I always had a love for performance, as well as sports. I was introduced to acting and theater at a young age through my church, and kept with that throughout high school, eventually becoming president of the drama club at Parsippany High School.
Beyond theater, I also played a number of sports, eventually earning 4 varsity letters during my time in high school while playing for a travel rugby club outside of school. I was also an avid sports fan, rooting for the NY Rangers and Giants with my dad, the Boston Red Sox with my grandmother, and, as of late, the NY Sirens and Bristol Bears as well.
As a senior in high school, I knew I wanted my future career path to combine my love for performance and sport, much like my inspiration Troy Bolton in High School Musical. I chose to go to Syracuse University to pursure a degree in Broadcast & Digital Journalism with the hopes of a career in sports reporting.
After beginning my journey at Syracuse, I discovered my interest in not only reporting, but also graphic design and short-form digital content through my involvement in ACCN and my position as Communications Director for the Syracuse University Women's Rugby team, of which I am also a player.
Now, as I enter my senior academic year at Syracuse, I am elated to continue growing my love for the media and communications side of sports, and decide which career path I would like to pursue post-graduation.
