Reservations

Reservations are made based on availability of the facility and can be made by filling out the Rental Application and sending the request to the following mailing address:

Rentals are confirmed once a reservation form and deposit has been received.

**Our Association is completely volunteer-based and we will respond to you as timely as we can.**

Cancellations

For a full refund, a rental cancellation must be made more than 2 weeks prior to the first day of the rental. 

Any cancellations occurring within 2 weeks of the first day of the rental will result in 25% of the rental fee being kept.

Any cancellations occurring within 1 week of the first day of the rental will result in 50% of rental fee being kept. 

Any cancellations occurring with less than 1 weeks notice from the first day of the rental will result in the entire rental fee being kept.
