after the booster course has finished what do you think the longevity of the game will be/ when we'll get mario kart 9? i want to buy mk8d but am finding it hard to justify cause its been out since 2017 and i feel like i should wait till mk9 eventually comes out but i also feel like with the expansion courses it must be awhile still

The blooper is in all honesty the anti mario kart. Instead of helping beginners it helps pros. How? Well a beginner doesnt know the track well and will keep bumping on walls and falling off with the blooper in their face. But a pro that DOES know the track has little to no issues with it and is just a small distraction. Why is it the worst for the pros? Well look here you are in 9th. You need a good item to get to the top 5, preferrably you want triple shrooms. But no. You get good ol blooper! The most useless item! So thats why i think the blooper should be removed from mario kart as a whole.

I love the mario kart games and since the Wii version I've played as Funky Kong. Recently heard that you can unlock the character on the switch version. Is this just a rumour or does anyone know what to do to unlock Funky? I looked on some game forums and YouTube videos but it all seems like they already have Funky without showing how they got em or its old advice for how to unlock on the Wii game. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Hey everybody, I finally got a nintendo switch and of course mario kart with it. Now I'm really sad about how everything exciting is already unlocked. I was thinking, if I'm the only one, who is disappointed? In my memory, trying to unlock courses, drivers, mirror-cup and trying to win cups and driving best-times for months was the most fun about the game. Unlocking tires and a hand full of drivers is not exciting at all. What do you all think about that? Do you know, if there's some kind of adon, which locks everything, so you have to play to get it?

It has been 8 years since the last new console mariokart game, and that will probably get to 10-12 at least before MK9 comes out. I was in elementary school (primary school for Brits) when this game cane out, and I might be out of college by the time MK9 comes out. Looking at release dates from now back to the 90s, a gap of 5-6 years was the norm. If people buy every DLC nintendo throws at them for this recycled game from nearly a decade ago, are we going to stop seeing new Mariokart games? e24fc04721
