This Privacy Policy applies to the MarinoWARE app (hereafter referred to as the “Application”) for mobile devices, developed by UPQODE (hereafter referred to as the “Service Provider”) as a free service. This service is intended for use “AS IS.”
The Application collects limited information when you use it. This may include:
Your device’s Internet Protocol address (IP address)
The operating system used on your mobile device
The time and date of your visit, and the duration spent within the Application
The pages or features accessed during your visit
Additionally, if you submit a form within the Application, such as a contact or request form, we may collect your email address in order to respond to your inquiry.
The Application does not collect precise location data. However, it may access approximate location, such as via IP address, to display relevant content (e.g., for Google Maps functionality).
All data transmitted between the Application and its servers is encrypted using secure HTTPS protocols.
The Application uses third-party services which may collect limited information in accordance with their own privacy policies. These services include but may not be limited to:
Google Play Services
Google Maps Platform (used for displaying maps within the Application)
The Application does not use analytics tools, advertising SDKs, or third-party services for marketing or behavioral tracking.
The Service Provider may disclose information in the following circumstances:
When legally required (e.g., to comply with a subpoena or government request)
When necessary to protect rights, investigate fraud, or ensure user safety
To trusted service providers who perform functions on our behalf and comply with this privacy policy
You can stop all collection of information by the Application by uninstalling it from your device. Standard uninstall procedures via your mobile device or app store can be used.
The Service Provider retains user-provided data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected and for a reasonable time thereafter.

The Application is not directed at children under the age of 13.
The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If it is discovered that such data has been collected, it will be deleted immediately.

We take reasonable measures to protect your data. This includes physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to ensure the confidentiality of the information we collect and store.
