Research interests: Spatio-temporal extremes - Geostatistics - Simulation algorithms

I am currently maître de conférence (assistant professor) : I conduct my research within the Institut Montpelliérain Alexander Grothendieck (IMAG) at Université de Montpellier and I teach at Université Paul Valéry as a member of the Mathématiques et Informatique Appliquées (MIAp) departement

From 2021 to 2022, I did a post-doc in statistics at LPSM (Sorbonne Université) under the supervision of Maud Thomas and in collaboration with Pierre-Yves Boëlle (IPLESP), Chiara Poletto (IPLESP) and Mathieu Ribatet (Université de Nantes). The objective of this project was to study the spatio-temporal behaviour of excess mortality in Europe.

From 2016 to 2020, I did a PhD entitled « Spatial extremes with a single realization: a geostatistical point of view » in the Geostatistics team of Mines ParisTech, under the supervision of Hans Wackernagel and Emilie Chautru. The manuscript can be found here.
