I am a postdoctoral fellow at Toulouse School of Economics and a scientific expert at the French Agency for Food, Environmental, and Occupational Health & Safety (ANSES).
I was previously a postdoctoral researcher at Toulouse School of Economics (2022-2024) and at the Production Economics Group of the Institute for Food and Resource Economics, University of Bonn (2024-2025).
