RESEARCH GROUPS AND LABS

I am a member of the research group HiTT-Linguistics. HiTT is dedicated to the study of human language from different perspectives: generative syntax, phonology, semantics, pragmatics, and philosophy of language and mind.

I collaborate with the Language and Cognitive Development Lab, where we explore how linguistic, cognitive, and social abilities develop in children.

I am part of a group of dedicated to investigate about the Gender Fair language strategies in Spanish and in Basque. You can read more about the scope and the results of the project here.

In the Lindy Lab, we investigate language skills in atypical development paths.

DISSEMINATION PROJECTS AND PERIODICAL OUTREACH ACTIVITIES

I am a member of SWIP-analytic España, an initiative that was created to give visibility to women that work on Philosophy in Spain.

Every year The University of la Laguna and SWIP(A) organize a set of online conferences. In these conferences, female philosophers explain their current work. Male philosophers can also participate, as long as their contributions are about a female philosopher.

I have participated for years in the organization of a stand "hizkuntzaren zientzia" (The science of Language) in the Zientzia Astea (Science Week) in Vitoria, an open festival dedicated to the diffusion and the dissemination of ongoing scientific work.
