I am a professor of Public Economics at the Department of Economics, Social Studies, Applied Mathematics and Statistics (ESoMaS), University of Torino.

I am also an affiliate of the Collegio Carlo Alberto and a Member of the CIFREL Scientific Commitee.

My research activity lies at the interface between applied micro-econometrics, public economics, and industrial organization. I am particularly interested in Health Economics, Entrepreneurial Firms, Corporate and Excise Taxation, and Energy Markets.
