Welcome

Who Am I? 

I would describe myself as creative, curious, eclectic, with an enthusiasm for getting the most out of life. I crave new experiences, people, and places. I also seek to master what I put my mind to – whether it be in school, hobbies, or relationships. Sometimes I can be too hard on myself in this way. I have pride in who I am and what I have accomplished, but I definitely have an inner self-critic constantly seeking improvement. Thankfully, this inner self-critic disappears when I am in the ocean surfing or diving. It is a complete sense of freedom and inspiration for me. There are moments when time stands still and life problems disappear, where I can escape my ordinary routine and clouded mind—even for just a few seconds—to arrive in a more blissful, pure existence where everything makes sense. Maybe that is why I have such a passion for the ocean and hold it so close to my identity. I aim to translate this feeling into all aspects of my life – through education, friendships, and relationships, and I hope that others would describe me this way when you ask them who I am.
