Welcome!

I am an Economist with the World Bank's Young Professionals Program, currently working in the Finance, Competitiveness, and Innovation Global Practice. This fall 2024, I will begin a new assignment with the World Bank's Development Research Group.

My research and policy work focuses on development economics, with a special emphasis on firms and private sector development, industrialization, public finance, and institutions.

Previously, I served as a Fellow at the World Bank's Office of the Chief Economist for the Africa Region. Before joining the World Bank, I worked at the Office of the Prime Minister of the Democratic Republic of the Congo.

I earned my Ph.D. in Economics and Public Policy from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy and the Department of Economics at Tufts University in 2023. Additionally, I hold an MA in Policy Economics from Williams College, a Diploma in Public Administration from Ecole Nationale d'Administration, and a BA in Economics from Université Protestante au Congo.
