Hi, I'm Marilee!

As a lifelong learner, my passion lies in educating people to reach that “ah-ha” moment where they feel confident in applying their new skills to reach company objectives and personal goals. My career started in childhood education, where I taught second, third and fourth grades! I am now continuing my love of teaching by using my passion to help adults feel confident and ready to apply new skills to their work environment. I have 8+ years experience in conducting needs analysis to identify performance gaps and providing synchronous and asynchronous learning experiences to meet the needs of a diverse set of learners. My success is evident in learner growth demonstrated through formative and summative assessments as well as improved performance. I am an innovative self-starter and thrive off of making learning targeted, effective and engaging!
