I am a student at Pangasinan State University Bayambang Campus, Center of Excellence in Education. I am now taking my second year in college having the course of Bachelor of Technology and Livelihood Education. Born on December 6,2000. I am from Barangay San Jose Bani,Pangasinan. I have a passion to help others.

I really love eating recently I observed I'm gaining too much weight and I decided to control and limit myself to eat more foods.

I enroll to the Hardcore Gym Fitness Center in the vibrant town of Bayambang Pangasinan. I improved my cardio endurance and concentration. Hardwork and patient to burn calories and fats for weight loss and to improve also my stamina and heart health to get stronger and be the version of myself. At first I struggle to go to the gym because I am alone through my gym buddies,professional coaches and cardio circuit buddy Sir Reginald Austria with the help of them I have now my Gym Family.

This is my family. The one that hold the selfie stick is my little sister, Mia Joy. The one that beside her is my brother, Marty Jay. The man that on the side of my brother is my father, Manding. The woman that wearing yellow is my mother, Maria Liza. Beside my mother is my sister-in-law, AppleMay. and my oldest sister at the back,Manily Rose.

I love them very much!

I really love to travel.

Travelling makes me connected with building social relationships, opportunities to learn and grow, and commitment. It gives me the chance to be truly engaged in an activity, to develop new skills and to discover new peoples and environment. It brings us closer to ourselves and others.
